Peachtree Hill Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-savvy Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing practice! If you love working with children and families, have a warm and professional personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Schedule and confirm patient appointments while ensuring an efficient and productive schedule
✔️ Greet patients and families with a friendly and welcoming attitude
✔️ Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient needs
✔️ Verify insurance information, including handling out-of-network patients, and provide financial breakdowns
✔️ Collect and process payments, provide financial information, and confidently present treatment plans to maximize case acceptance
✔️ Maintain a well-organized and efficient front desk environment
✔️ Assist with social media content and patient engagement initiatives
✔️ Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in a dental or medical office preferred (1-2 years)
✅ Sales experience and confidence in presenting treatment plans and financial options
✅ Experience with out-of-network dental offices and handling insurance reimbursements
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
✅ Experience with Open Dental or other dental software is a plus
✅ Comfortable assisting with social media content and patient engagement
✅ Positive and team-focused attitude
✅ Passionate about working with children and creating a fun office environment
